ON-SITE SUPPORT
We send a technician to your facility to troubleshoot and/or fix any problem. If the technician is unable to fix the problem there will be no charge at all. There will be a separate charge for additional Software and/or Hardware.

Phone, Email, Remote, and On-Site support. Troubleshoot any hardware or software problems. Maintain all of your computers and network devices operational (Software & Hardware is not included).
Computer & Network Solutions will keep your operating system and software up to date. Make sure all network devices including firewalls have the latest firmware. Monitor security and event logs from all computers & network devices. Make sure critical data is being backup; On-Site or Off Site. Provide disaster recovery solutions. Add devices to your network either wireless or wired. Perform security analysis and computer vulnerability scans.
FREE Antivirus software to any computer under the Monthly Service Contract.

$40/MONTH = 1 SERVER
